Re: BOOSTER & DUALTOS
Ok. Yesterday I found time to solder the CPU stand. I ran the test at 16MHz at the beginning without the TOS 206 decoder. The booster started in 16MHz mode, the test carried out, made me realize that everything works very well. SYSINFO shows that atari works 8MHz, is that okay? The time has come to ...

Re: BOOSTER & DUALTOS
Did I just read that bit I have highlighted in red right? Which socket is not soldered? If it's not soldered, I'm not sure how you expect it to work? Well, do not exaggerate :) I approached the matter as it should be. As in the picture. The board has a socket CPU, the dualtos adapter has tos 1.04/2...

Re: BOOSTER & DUALTOS
TOS 1.04/206 purchased from exxos store, other stuff too. The processor has a soldered socket and works fine with other extensions.
The 68PIN CPU sockets should arrive today. Will hunt and see.
But with this connection, why would I damage anything? most have extensions connected like this.

Re: BOOSTER & DUALTOS
I have but factory. I'm testing 8MHz for now. When it starts, it will solder the 64-pin socket. I bought a 68k processor working at 16Mhz from exxos store.
Will it not run in 8Mhz mode and dual TOS (TOS 2.06 decoder) on the factory CPU?

Re: BOOSTER & DUALTOS
I also connected like this, still forcing 8Mhz and running the wire to GND

BOOSTER & DUALTOS
Well, I had to get down to the things I bought in the @exxos store. For starters, the ST 16MHz BOOSTER 2021 with TOS206 decoding went. I connected as in the picture, i.e. from the forced 8MHz mode. The computer does not start and does not decode TOS206. Did I connect something wrong? IMG_20230213.jp...

STFM DUALTOS 2 ROM CHIP RELOCATION C070859 rev.2
https://exxosforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopi ... =16&t=5536 here exxos described an interesting way to relocate dualtos in C070789 - REV C.
I would like to do such a modification in my PCB C070859 rev.2
Has anyone used such a modification in C070859 rev.2?

Re: TF1230 Beta Interest (Open Source)
But I haven't improved the CPLD soldering anymore. Only 22UF was soldered, maybe there was a fault there.

Re: TF1230 Beta Interest (Open Source)
As for my previous post with job number TF1230, I received parts, so I changed 47UF to 22UF 6.3V in C29 C54 positions. I also exchanged 1UF (0805) for 1UF (1206) but there was no need to change it After these procedures, the IDE in the A1200 works just like the card itself. It turns out that 47UF is...
