APC SU1400 All lights flashing issue

So my APC 1400 would go for a few weeks, then just die with every light on the front flashing. APC's support pages just says "hardware failure" which is of no help. After searching the web for hours, it seems a couple people claim to have suggested its the relays inside going faulty. I cam...

It does the same with my 030 Phil. I think they need a heatsink even if running at 33MHz.. I need to more tests... Difficult to diagnose when it wasn't working for 3 hours yesterday, now I can't get it to fail the same way.

Re: exxos 534 blog - Atari

Last night it wasn't working again when I passed out for the night.. turned it on several times thismorning and its working fine... Re: exxos 534 blog - Atari

I made some progress with the floppy drive. Its actually loading GB6 now and running, but there is some slight graphics corruption and the scores are all reading 0% But oddly it is stable. It seems to be relating to the CPU seeing DTACK during a DMA cycle. Of course its very hard to follow s...

Re: Forgottenmyname - Progress - Part 2

How you end up with V&H swapped ? I thought it was working originally ? Wasn't it you who put the ROM socket in wrong originally as well :)

RAM fault may well be a bad socket or solder joint on the RAM headers or MMU, or buffers..

Re: Forgottenmyname - Progress - Part 2

If the monitor isn't syncing then does GLUE have H & Vsync outputting ? Does it have a 8MHz clock input ? I mean even with a no booting board the monitor should still get syncs from the GLUE...

Re: FMNs blog / the latest things hes briken(fixed)

Best to progress to hating any sort if socket or connection ;)

The last 68k sockets and header pins I got, I had them in the ultrasonic cleaner to see if it improves me luck.
