No i have not tested one board for themself since im not sure where the CE cable on the dual tos board should be when not using with the decoder.

I have checked for shortcircuits on the socket. The shortcircuit i found is between 49 and 14, from i can see on the schematic these are not used ?

And between pin 14 and 16 i get 142 Ohm.

49 and 14 are both VCC so that's fine, 16 is gnd, so that resistance between 14 and 16 is likely ok.

I meant to not use the decoder board or rom board at all, or have you soldered that into the motherboard?

Just put your old ROM's back in... Then at least if the ST boots up, you know the fault is on the ROM board somewhere... If you don't boot, the fault is on the decoder area somewhere.

The computer boots with the old roms (6pieces) and MC68000 in the socket.

Can i now remove the roms and put in only the dualrom board instead? Do i need to change CE Select from BOOSTER to GLUE ?

Put just the dual tos in first and try it. Without the decoder you don't need to connect the CE if I remember correctly

I have now removed the ROMS that worked (6pieces) and put in the DualROM board. I get a white screen with a yellow border. Tried both bank 1 and 2.

You need to make the motherboard read 2 chip TOS by moving the three solder blobs from 256K to 1M. You will also need a 74LS11 in U68 if it is missing (or something like that).

What motherboard do you got?

EDIT: Link to some help. Read '6 CHIP TO 2 CHIP CONVERSION'.

This was the image he sent me...

Yeah the LS11 is missing.. So DUALTOS board using GLUE decoding wont work...

So what happens with decoder board plugged in with the six chip tos?
