Should a H4 with TF536 pass when using diagnostic cartridge ? I got the cartridge today and when i run it i got a red screen with the text "I6 testing bus error handling" and got E8 warning and a E9 but now its a blue background with only the I6 testing text. Atari TOS 2.06 starts up fine though.

Diagnostic Cartridge and H4 + TF536
Re: Diagnostic Cartridge and H4 + TF536
@zChris No I don't think the Diag cart works with my TF536.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

If you're using my decoder board then I think you will get I6 error anyway. I think it is documented *somewhere*.
Not sure what all the errors are without looking them up. Likely things are going to be a bit flaky as the diagnostic cartridge knows nothing about a 030 CPU. Also assume you are using the ST cart not a falcon or something else..

Re: Diagnostic Cartridge and H4 + TF536
... a Atari Diagnostic Cartridge need always 100% original and unchanged hardware. Likewise, a TOS version that matches the module. For example, with the ST version, there is no TOS 2.06 and no CPU other than a 68000 supported, of course, without a cache (16Mhz speeder) ...
