I tried this on two different consoles, I have a third one so I can try there too.
I guess you have no problem with the riser you rather have a problem with the mouse
I have one mouse which does not work and when it does, the cursor jumps on the screen
I went to the store, I bought the cheapest one and it worked
So what would I advise you to even borrow from someone 2 3 mouses only for the test and then check how the amiga behaves
and how does the amiga behave without the mouse on?
And how does the amiga behave with keyboard on it
I use ARM like this

You have a RET6 arm, while mine is RET7 (which was the only one available & in stock). It seems that the RET6 has an FPU while the RET7 doesn't. Although would this explain why it would work on 020/060 but not 030?

EDIT: I double checked the resistors, they are all correct. So the only difference is the RET7 vs RET6 (which is unavailable to buy).

I have ordered 80mhz crystal to slow down tf330 to 40mhz.

If it works ok on 020 then mouse support is fine.

ARM version shouldn't matter as it works for 020 and 060.
I can check compiler and compile it for nofpu

And Repoo 3360 does work and it is supported.

OK, thanks for all your effort, unfortunately this one did not work properly on 030 either. I will wait for you to try an 80 mhz crystal, if you have no issues, maybe I could send you my riser to try it over?

I found the RET6 version in stock at digikey so I have ordered a few to see if this will solve the issue.

Yes of course, it is great mystery for me why this happens on your board.
I have run out of connectors otherwise I would send you one tested on my CD32.

I made two videos that better illustrate what happens. For some reason, the joystick port gets activated too (I only have the mouse plugged).

This is with 030/50, note that after the first click onto the menu item, I don't move the mouse: 50 Mhz

With 030/40, I have to plug the mouse after I load Amiga Test Kit otherwise I can't get to the icon: 40 Mhz

It looks like addresses are decoded incorrectly and wrong interrupt routine is executed so direction data is going to buttons.
As middle/right button in on the same register then if wrong data is sent then any button would stat flashing... but why this happens?

When you use cd32 db9 mouse does cursor change position?

Do you mean if DB9 is plugged in at the same time as USB? There is no reaction whatsoever to DB9 mouse when the USB is plugged in. As soon as I unplug the USB the DB9 starts working.
