Atari Sate original floppy drive head realignment
Hi, my first post here, I have an original Atari STe floppy drive. It works but needs the heads re aligning to work fully. Is this a service anyone here could do? I’ve managed to get the heads cleaned by a floppy drive seller, but the guy didn’t have tools for realigning the heads. Can anyone help my get this drive serviced? I’m reluctant to cut the case on my other machine and this drive works with disks formatted on its own drive but not fully working. Thanks for reading.

I do not think it is possible because they are spring-loaded.
