Interesting stuff, thanks for sharing. I wonder if they're rendered in real time with vectors or whether it's a pre-rendered bitmap. I'll try it out sometime.

Re: The Cosmic Puppet's Universe.
Just tested it as an ACC and it breaks stuff. Works fine as a PRG though. When you tap a section a 'slice' raises up and then a new cake is drawn.
Faster with NVDI. I wonder how it would perform at higher CPU speeds?

I'm gonna use it to make snap shots of files using SNAPIT.Cosmic Puppet wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 5:42 pmJust tested it as an ACC and it breaks stuff. Works fine as a PRG though. When you tap a section a 'slice' raises up and then a new cake is drawn.

Hidden Game Breakout in C-Lab Notator?
https://www.deepsonic.ch/deep/htm/c-lab.php
Anyone know the secret to this? Is it real?
*UPDATE* After thinking about it in the bath...I think it's just the BREAKOUT.ACC placed over the track window as i can see the overlap. So I reckon it's a hoax.

That relates to the same picture on the same webpage. It may be a hoax.derkom wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 8:47 pmThis thread makes it sound possibly real.Cosmic Puppet wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 7:37 pm c-lab_notator_sl_atari_breakout_01.jpg

I hadn't noticed the bit saying someone had contacted him and he didn't remember:

Re: The Cosmic Puppet's Universe.
This sounds somewhat familiar I don't know why. Somewhere in the back of my mind I think I have heard that there is actually breakout game in some software that should not really be there, so I assume that was it. Maybe it was in one of the Atari magazines back in the day ?

Just because a lot of people agree on something, doesn't make it a fact. ~exxos ~
