4.7uF/35V (x3) (assuming the one surrounded by epoxy is the same as the other 2)

P.S. In UNITOR 2 (which doesn't have the copy protection) 220uF is written on the board.

Does that diode leg look like it needs reflowing to you exxos?

Depends on the bottom side. But looks like a few resistors need attention as well. No harm in reflowing them anyways.
