We've asked the project originator if alternatives are suitable and are waiting on a reply, so I'll let you know.

800XL and 65XE both with Ultimate1MB,VBXL/XE & PokeyMax, SIDE3, SDrive Max, 2x 1010 cassette, 2x 1050 one with Happy mod, 3x 2600 Jr, 7800 and Lynx II
Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

I have used these people before they are legit, it's worth asking them:

@rubber_jonnie - I managed to see if this would work on the 10M04 version of the Max10 for you and unfortunately not. You need to go with the 10M08 as there are not enough RAM locations available on the 10M04.

EDIT: It is an interesting project as they are using the User Flash Memory (UFM) on the Max10 to store the ULA ROM code.

@Icky Thanks for at least trying, it would have been great if it had worked, but maybe one day when the damn chip shortage is over I'll be able to get one of the correct types and get the Electron back up and running again.

In the meantime I'll keep trying to get my hands on the correct chip or try and source a replacement ULA from somewhere.
