Most of what you're after isn't really specialist, unless you actually have a problem that needs diagnosing... in which case do not let someone unknowledgeable poke about.
If you knew someone skilled enough, with the right equipment (that you could trust with a valuable machine) then it's fairly simple but time consuming work.
I did a Full recap, replaced the RTC, and clock patch on my Falcon last year and didn't run into any issues (there's a thread here somewhere), and no I'm not offering my services
just saying anyone with experience of working on older machines with propper rework kit wouldn't be phased.
