Thanks for testing it out and I'm glad it works on the H4
I uploaded the whole thing to my Github repository:

The one on Github has better cookie handling but is otherwise identical to what I posted here.

Dallas RTC drivers (beta)

Re: Dallas RTC drivers (beta)
Fixed bugs when Dallas chip is located in TOS rom sockets instead of cartridge address space.

Re: Dallas RTC drivers (beta)
Hi!
I was trying this driver in my H5 B1, and every time I load it (whatever it is via AUTO or manually), it just bombs. Any ideas?
BTW, I'm using TOS 1.04 and, of course, trying to use the internal RTC of the H5.
Thanks,
Andres.

I’m not in front of the sourcecode right now but I’m guessing I have a bug in the chip location detection code. It will look for it in cartridge, tos2/3 and tos1 address space and my gut reaction says that I probably forgot to trap bus errors and thus it bombs for you when it looks in the Tos2 address range. Should be an easy fix when I’m back at the computerAndresPlazaR wrote: ↑Mon Dec 21, 2020 2:14 pm Hi!

Tested this on my Mega ST4 and it works with the Ricoh IC as well. Very happy that it works.
