Or install one of the early Bash version 1.x (from old Atari archives such as http://storage.atari-source.org/atari/m ... pub/atari/) which is small, unlike the bloated mess of version 2 and the slow, inefficient and bloated version 3.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Excellent work. I think something like this should actually be part of the FreeMiNT wiki.

Great guide @rubber_jonnie and also help from others on the forum to fill in a little colour.

Its little nuggets like these that allow people to try out mint when they have been having issues installing. I remember the crazy dance I went through many yesrs ago when trying to install mint.

Thanks @Icky .

I had struggled to install it myself, then I went through the problems of trying to install on a GEMDOS drive in Hatari which I discovered is unsupported, but then I got help and figured it out, thanks to the users on this forum.
