Don't worry, there's plenty of other chips left to unf*ck yet

If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.
Re: Icky - Progress
When this all gets incorporated into the new board we should call it the UN-Fu*ker!!Forgottenmyname wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 1:43 pmDon't worry, there's plenty of other chips left to unf*ck yet
Re: Icky - Progress
We should do something grand for the penthouse un-fu*kit board... something that towers over Icky's power supply with lots of connectors on it.

Might need quite a few of them by the time Exxos is finished.rubber_jonnie wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 2:15 pmWonder if my floppy standoffs would work for the PSU?
Due to the board not having the right hole locations I had to improvise with L legs using nylon stand-offs. Super glue works wonders sticking those things together.
So some how your floppy standoffs would need to be L shaped.

I'll have a look as they could be a bit more offset than I have them.rubber_jonnie wrote: ↑Tue Nov 27, 2018 3:30 pmWould be quite easy to do, what's the difference between centres?

Re: Icky - Progress
Finally got the PSU into a position that all the layers of boards, shelves, extensions etc were ok.
I’ll send out dimensions tonight for the legs. Currently the nylon spacers superglued together are holding but they are not that stable. One looks like a honeycomb monstrosity.

Cool, I'll see what I can come up with, as I will need some anyway.
