This arrived in the post today:
No, not the pile of Random bits, or the 2600jr.
A big thank you to Exxos, for sending me another STF board and a parts kit. I'm now looking forward to playing catch up again, although at a much slower and more OCD pace than the last time.
Once I've got this all finished and complete, I'm going to use it to help me see what died when we had the power cut and may pay it forward and donate the old but fixed STF (whenever it makes it that far) to one lucky? Reader not sure on the lucky bit cos it'll have been abused by then. but still, it'll work
Thanks again Chris

Re: Forgottenmyname - Progress - Part 2
Oh no not again I feel a little envious as I miss that mad dash we had to the finish line.
So now in retrospect what are you going to do differently.
Re: Forgottenmyname - Progress - Part 2
Yeah it was a mad dash at the start.
This time round I'm planning to 3d print a few things for it, I may use some headers instead of sockets for the unf*ck boards, to get them all spaced nicely.
Then headers etc on some ports, so I can put them in different places.
Have even been thinking of 3d printing a case for the keyboard and making this into a Mega STF type combination.

Re: Forgottenmyname - Progress - Part 2
There will be , but I've got so much to catch up on at the moment that I don't see it being anytime soon.
