Good afternoon gents,
to my regret I have to report the next victim of the gold rush that seems to be sweeping Poland.
It's Stachu - user who is well known for repairing and modifying PPC cards.
Will try to briefly outline the essence of the problem:
You may noticed that with the announcement of WARP and TF accelerators on 060 processors, there was a huge price increase for these processors. This user began to sell processors at a price of 400€, which is not a crime, although its questionable..
And so, about two weeks ago, some lots of 060 rev.6 CPUs (about 26 pieces) appeared on Ebay.

Naturally, these were sold at a relatively expensive price, but here the fun begins: short after that Stachu creates a thread on a1k.org, and promises to help to get a partial refund:
According to his version:
1. He sold non-working processors as scrap to one of his colleagues
2. Instead of recycling, a colleague decided to sell them and put them up on Ebay
3. Unfortunately, he "forgot" to indicate that the processors are non-working, (although he knew it 100% sure) instread of that he wrote "Untested"
4. Somehow mysteriously, Stachu sent the processors to buyers instead of a colleague (although before that he assured that he sold them a couple of months ago)
5. Since he is generous, he is "helping" to return 55% of the lost money to buyers, because the processors were actually defective ..
A very strange story, agree?
Here is the full story for those who are interested:

In my opinion, the following happened:
1. In fact, Stachu turned out to be a very greedy and dishonest person
2. He knew that the processors were defective, but decided to make money on them
3. For this, he created a new profile on Ebay and PayPal and put up lots for sale
4 His miscalculation is that PayPal blocks the funds of new users until the buyer receives the goods, so he didn't had time to transfer money to his bank account.
5. in mean time complaints from customers that the processors are not working was coming in
6. he decided to save his reputation, and made a stunning offer: either you agree to get 55% or get back nothing ...
I appeal to all the scammed persons: do not agree to 55%, rather take his post as proof of evidence contact Ebay, say that he misled you, indicating that the lot was "Untested", although he definitely knew that the processors wasn't working. Best thing would be to get together and create a class action lawsuit..
With best regards,
