For info I got Knarkzilla to run. I must have had a bad .Lha or I unarchived it on Windows.
Compatibility is really cracking.
Just been watching some haujobb group demos.

Would be interesting to know how it goes on the 1260 and 4060.

Do you think you'll make a 060 A2000 board ever?
GVP used to make 060 accelerators for the A2000. Stephen Jones has a GVP 060 in his A2000 Toaster machine.
Thanks,

I’m glad the terrible fire is not fully extinguished and there’s still sparks of joy in there for you. Don’t let the actions and words from individuals drag you down, the vast majority of the community supports you. Maybe you can find someone else to carry the baton to the finishing line?
I’m still hoping to build the TF1260 and/or the TF4060 one day. It is a really satisfying hobby
Cheers an thank you!

Re: Terriblefire State of the Union....
My motivation for working on this stuff was for me to have fun creating things it and while it was mutually beneficial I shared what I was doing with the community. Unfortunately that is no longer the case and I have no interest in letting someone else take what I consider to be my artwork and have them mess with it. Alas you will never get to build a TF4060 or TF1260. Its possible you might get to own one in the future but the self-build 060 boards from me will never happen.pipper wrote: ↑Wed Jan 27, 2021 8:11 pm I’m glad the terrible fire is not fully extinguished and there’s still sparks of joy in there for you. There are those in the community that are angry with me for this but I don't understand where they think they get this right. I have paid for all of this development myself both in materials and time. Being able to retain my freedom to choose what I do with this stuff is why I never had a Patreon or kick starter etc and its why when I was offered machines to test on I insisted on purchasing them at a fair price. It was a conscious decision not to do this because I wanted control over my creations and hobby.
I would get emails from people demanding that £15 was too much profit for the TF536 and insisting I give them the Gerbers because I was making too much..... Pog mo thoinn. I've long since given up trying to break even on this and £15 per board barely covered the ones that go missing in the post and need me send out new ones.
There are a few people in the community that have properly helped me down the years and those are the ones that currently have a TF 060 in their hands. I'd add Toni Willen and Thomas Richter to that list.
One interesting I saw recently was that Louis Rossmann stopped shipping to the UK because it has become too much hassle. I completely get why hes doing that..
I don't think anyone in the UK is going to be screaming at him for discrimination are we?

Oh wow, I wasn't aware of this new UK requirement, but he is quite right, this stuff shouldn't be normalized. What I don't get is how are they expecting everyone on the planet to register for the UK VAT, and isn't it literally their job to collect it on the incoming parcels?

I think it is designed to tax Aliexpress (or other Chinese) deliveries.
Unfortunately side effects are hitting small suppliers located outside the EU.

Re: Terriblefire State of the Union....
Aliexpress and Ebay already process tax for norwegian buyers. It's great for us because we don't have to pay customs fees in addition to tax, which is always added if a transport company does the customs for us when it gets tot he border. Most places don't process the tax though and it's added when the package gets to the border instead.
