Hi guys thinking of upgrading my 2000 and looking for a Tf534 what sort of money do they go for and anyone point me to some one selling one cheers

Hi Dave, take a look at rhe TF536. One of the Amiga guys here should be able to help you out.
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

It's probably best to wait until the TF536 A2000-related issues are sorted. The 534 is more expensive to build and it offers you a lot less for the price.

That's really pricey. The 536 is cheaper.

True If you build yourself. I have seen the TF536 go for $150 USD on Amibay. I have both TF534 and 536. I like the 536, since it is a easier build and lots more ram.

Cos I'm totally new to the tf what's the big difference between the 534 and 536 as in speed mem etc oh and what's sort of price I've been offered a 534 for £80 but it needs programming I have no idea how to do this is it hard and what do you need

TF536 us a 64Mb card without an FPU.
Right at the moment the 536 is non working on the A2000 but it was originally developed on one so i wouldn't imagine its going to be much work to sort it.

Thought the 2000 could only use 8 Meg of fast ram?

No the TF536 and TF534 both use ZIII memory space so you can have more than 8mb them.
