They should work fine. There has been extensive testing on this. just dont use the clock buffer. Its not needed on the CD32.
The 5V ISSI and 5V alliance chips don't work without clock buffer. Apparently the 3V chips do.

I have prebuilt TF330s for $115 USD/£90 GBP. I still haven't managed to get rid of all the stock, but I am hoping they will soon be gone.
