Likewise I will take 100.

The problems with DHL are why i offered to put everything through my business. Its already got these licenses and there is capital sitting there that could have absorbed it without anyone being out of pocket.

Yeah, trying to import a thousand human hearts would probably get you on the list.
A kludge is a workaround or quick-and-dirty solution that is clumsy, inelegant, inefficient, difficult to extend and hard to maintain.

I will ship out 600 of them so we may have to tweak the amounts a bit, assuming that I ever get them. DHL is still holding the parcel for some reason, but I called them and they said nothing to do but wait.

SUCCESS! The connectors have been FINALLY delivered!

They look really nicely done, very good quality and they fit the A1200 trapdoor quite well.

However they are heavy AF, I am not kidding, 275 of these suckers weigh 7kg. Shipping won't be cheap... I will work out the details later.
The customs opened every single box, probably wondering what kind of lunatic would order this.

I have the following list of orders:

g0ose (UK) 200 units
Stephen (UK) 100 units
Supaduper (UK) 100 units
PaulJ_2.0 (UK) 50 units
cmorley (UK) 25 units
8-bit dreams (DE) 100 units

I am very happy with these numbers and will happily keep the rest so I don't have to reorder them again.

I think I will group all the UK orders and send them all to g0ose and he can redistribute further. 8-bit dreams sent directly probably. Now I just have to figure out the weights and will have the quotes.

Imagine being customs and a personal buyer ships 1000 seemingly useless items to their home :D

I'd have sniffer dogs all over them. I'm surprised they didn't drill into a couple to check for 'organic substances'.

Looking good Alen, great effort!

The pessimist in me thinks that getting them across the Atlantic will be another ordeal. :o

How do you fancy your chances of sewing 575 of them into the lining of a heavy overcoat and I'll meet you near Heathrow?
