Genuine or from aliexpres?
I had few cpu like this working without any problem on tf536 but not on tf1230
So I guess is cpu fault not strong enough
Maybe I wrong
They are all from ebay. Might be that there is a problem with some of them :? will do some more testing and see if I can fint out what works or not. But the best cpu I got for now is the MC68030RP33B, they do look original with scratches:) the one that is working on some boards is like brand new MC68030RC50C it might be a bad cpu or remarked ? but it looks so original at the same time so har to tell.

I wouldn't trust any 030 bought via eBay or Aliexpress.
Some reprints are actually quite good, but many start to crap out when you push them to 50mhz.

Well after building and testing 6 boards now I have found some cpu`s working and some don`t.
This is only with the boards that uses 128mb ram ISSI IS42S16320F-6TL ram.

If I then swat the cpu`s that is not working over to a board with 64mb Micron MT48LC16M16A2P-6A:G TR.
They work just fine.

All at 50Mhz from ebay.

There might be some timing issue or something doing this. I'm not sure :)

Where do you buy cpu`s if not from ebay or ali?

Can anyone recommend a 44 pin to sata please? I’m using the one in picture, it work fine with the onboard ide but doesn’t work with the TF.

I have several kinds of SATA2PATA adapters and unfortunately none of them work with TF. :-( They probably only support UDMA mode?

I’ve been using. It onboard for a while and it works well. Got custom Rom sorted today hoping to boot my hard drive from it. My SD and old mechanical ide hard drive work fine with the TF.

This is a data sheet for the controller chip if you are interested.

Is there a recommended firmware for ReAmiga 1.5 use?

I have a 1230 that worked fine in a genuine 1D4 A1200. Now I have more or less completed a ReAmiga 1.5 I have tried it there but no joy, just a solid power light and no boot. When the "Enable 030" jumper is removed the light flickers and I get a normal boot to DiagROM. I thought I had tf1230r1_2021_10_01_beta.zip (October 1) loaded...

If anyone has it working on ReAmiga what's the exact RAM you are using? I have 48LC16M16A2 loaded.

The ReAmiga works fine for me. I'll go and test again later this weekend. Got too much happening right now.

I have been using TF1230 on ReAmiga 1.2 both with 3.0 MX ROM and 3.1 on eproms.
I can try to reproduce your issue this weekend, and I will let you know ram types when I am back home.
