Just a reminder to folks not to buy second hand TF1260s.

1. You will not get firmware updates.
2. Every card has a unique software identifiable serial number. I will find ways to make your card useless with updated software.
3. Firmwares are read protected so you cannot read your mates card and flash yours.

If you sell your TF1260 you will not get another one.

This is done to stop scumbags flipping TF1260s for a profit. Seen one of those this weekend. I recommend the buyer return it to the person they bought it from and then contact supaduper for a TF1260 at normal price and be eligible for updates.

Some tests have been done on various cards... including the TF Beta Frimware.

Bottom line. TF1260 has a faster RAM controller than you think

What's the X axis on that second bar chart? Are larger numbers better or worse?
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

You'd need to ask.. unsure.

When its ready. There is the issue of 75Mhz limit to solve.

Its unlikely to get that fast. But the answer to all questions will be "when its ready"

EDIT: This card is 1260 power for roughly 1230 money (if you put a £40 LC060 in there). I think its already "good enough" but want to do this last change for the Tf360 which seems to go nuts trying to do CD drive arb with the clock switching trick.

I'm not the sort that will spend years squeezing every last drop of performance out of it. I dont care that much.
