@reinauer thanks for the info.
I am trying to follow your guide on Raspberry Pi (I also have access to Linux laptop), ok I am not a big Linux user so I think some instructions might imply knowledge of what to do.

I started off with Amitool: -

sudo apt-get install python3-pip
pip3 install amitools

Then unadf and srecord
sudo apt-get install unadf srecord

Lhafile
Not sure how to install this?

I was not sure how to actually run your script but I cloned your Github:
git clone https://github.com/reinauer/amiga-romy/ ... n/software
make kickstart TARGETS="A1200" SIZES="1mb" VERSION="47.96"

I expect I need LHA, and not having that causes this issue:

Compiling vasm... cached.
Compiling rnc_propack_source... cached.
Compressing hrtmon data... ok.
strings: Warning: could not locate 'hrtmon/HRTmon.data'. reason: Not a directory
Compiling HRTmodule ... sed: can't read hrtmon/hrtmodule.s: Not a directory

fatal error 13: could not open <hrtmodule.s> for input
aborting...
ok.
Processing Kickstart 47.96 for A1200 (1mb)
Header 11144ef9 512
make: *** [Makefile:31: kickstart] Error 2

Ha! It's my sore spot! The CD32 is sitting in my shelf waiting to be fixed up. I was not successful booting it off the TF328 IDE yet. It has the latest 3.1 ROM so I figured something else needs fixing. I will update as soon as I get the machine up and running.

Right now you can not use pip to install the package, you will have to install it from source. I have filed https://github.com/cnvogelg/amitools/issues/165 so maybe we will get a new release from Christian V soon!

I think you should just be able to say

sudo apt-get install lha

This invocation looks correct.
