I was about to say it looked like a drilled hole with no depth?
What are you editing it in?
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

RS designspark, Oddly, when I give it depth, shows up in the editor, but it is highlighted green for some reason, but even so when I convert to STL, and view it in the print software, there seems to be a corrupted hole...

I sent it to Icky just, see if he can figure it out. Though as this file does not seem to be a solid model like the ones I created, it might ultimately be easier to start the model again.

Ok, if you get stuck, then I'll re-do it in Fusion360.

Just doing an adaptor board at the mo, that you might see later on.

I've started a new design in DesignSpark for this. I will use sandord files for reference and aid in speeding up the measurements etc :)

Doing a "flood fill" is near impossible in DS  Ended up just copy pasting the hex holes manually to do the fill.

I should be able to merge all that into one block *somehow* :)

I have half been thinking about the legs of this thing...

While sandord had these sexy things...

I was more thinking of giving the power supply base basically "wings" which would stick out over the hole, and then have something like a shorter version of the floppy posts.. It would do the same job, but would be a lot easier for printing and design work I think...
