Its all good...

I'm going to socket the 6850 chips and the MFP .. Has anyone got an opinion on this.

If the chips are tested and known working to start with, I probably wouldn't bother with the sockets... If your using un-tested crap from China, then sockets are a must.

They are pulls from that board... and i dont trust i didnt break them.

Now if someone hadnt missed the 44 pin PLCC sockets off the BOM i'd be trying to boot it about now :P :lol:

Don't forget the bridge/jumper in the bottom 68k footprint that says "flashy clock" and a small bridge between two pins in the RTC footprint to deactivate it.

Yeah JP14 is missing in the BOM.

The RTC I will add before i boot. TBH though i dont really care so long as I get an Atari Logo.

TOS206 and up has the logo, you can only use up to TOS104 on the STFU without a decoder board.
