Had a message from a new user saying he cannot enter the token because the edit profile link is missing from the profile tab. New users could not change profile information only registered users could.

This should now be fixed.

So I have found another two issues :roll:

It was only working with usernames with all lower cases..

It was also listing "attempted" orders. These were orders which were attempted but never paid for, so they are not actually valid orders.

Both these issues should now be fixed..

Hi,

I've followed the 1st post outlining the steps needed to be taken on how to do this, I've copied the email verification into the profile as mentioned but when I click on the exxos store tab after submitting the change on the profile tab, it's still saying that my email address isn't verified. I've just made a purchase in your store.

Is there anything else I need to do?

You sure you are not copying spaces with the token or missing a letter off ?

BTW - it looks like your forum email address the same as your order email address, so you don't need the email or token in your profile because it will be generated automatically.. So you don't actually have to do the email verification part in that case..

EDIT:

I cannot see anything is wrong, but the token you have does not match the one I generate manually..

But if you can just delete your email address and token make sure there is no spaces, in your profile, then click submit, when you click back-and-forth between your profile and the EXXOS STORE tab, you should see the token automatically generated ? and then you should be able to access the history..

Yeah quite sure. It wasn't showing anything and was saying the following on the screen:

Cannot view your orders as the email address in your profile has not been verified or is invalid.

Click on the 'Verify email address' link on the left to send a new token to your email address.

Then click on the PROFILE tab and enter the token from the email.

That does not make sense because I do not see the DEBUG text (I have removed your email address otherwise you'll get spammed) , in fact that was removed some weeks ago..Maybe try clearing your browser cache ?

Can you just go into your profile and Delete your email address and token, then click submit, because if the email address is the same, you do not actually need to do the email verification anyway, when you click back and forth from your profile to the store tab, it should automatically fill in the token and work..

Looks that way. Anyways, I look forward to receiving my things in due course. Not a lot of people out there that do what you do, Keep up the good work. I will probably be ordering a PSU recap kit in the future. Need to find out which PSU I got first.

Hi!

I am writing here after checking all the steps you described so as to be able to see my order status but with no results. Actually it show that I have zero orders in my control panel!!! My email is verified, my email token is in place but the order does not appear anywhere and it is placed since the beginning of November! As you can see in the photos attached, the amount paid is relatively big because the order includes a lot of items and my bank confirmed that the payment has gone through and also in the second photo you can see that I received a "thank you" note from your page as soon as the order completed. Can you check the status of the order and why I cannot see it please because I started to get a little bit worried by not receiving any updates? Thank you in advance!
