Before proceeding with opening a troubleshooting topic please ensure you've read the section in the rules about troubleshooting etiquette, which can be found by clicking the 'Rules' link at the top of the page.

They can also be found via this link: https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/forum/app.php/rules

Please be aware that these rules are there for the benefit of all and are there to protect forum users and moderators and allow everybody to have the best experience.

If you're just after a quick fix, where somebody will simply say 'do this to fix it' then this isn't the place for you.

These machines are complex and suffer all sorts of faults that can be difficult to diagnose, and are not for the unskilled, unwilling or faint hearted.

If you have bought a machine on a wave of nostalgia, and you are willing to learn and up-skill, then you're in the right place, and you will get the help you need.

If you simply want to up-skill, then you're in the right place.

Overall, have a great troubleshooting experience, and enjoy reading the guides that will follow.
